Terms of Service
ZyvoCast is a software service for device activation, household management and playback tooling. It is not a content provider and does not grant rights to third-party streams.
Service scope
You are responsible for the playlists, stream URLs and credentials you import into the service and for ensuring you have the right to use that content.
Premium plans grant access to product capabilities such as household sync, device management and premium playback according to the limits described during checkout.
Acceptable use
You must not use ZyvoCast to abuse the service, circumvent billing, overload the infrastructure or share access outside the plan rules.
We may suspend accounts or devices that break the law, abuse the platform or interfere with the experience of other users.
Changes and availability
We may update product features, pricing and technical requirements over time. Material billing changes should be reflected in the portal before renewal or purchase.
Service availability can be affected by third-party providers, playlist sources, store ecosystems and network conditions outside ZyvoCast control.
