Refund and Billing Policy
ZyvoCast aims to make billing clear before purchase and to keep device context visible after checkout, cancellation or restore flows.
Web checkout
Web subscriptions and web renewals are processed through the payment provider shown during checkout. Billing cadence and plan type are displayed before confirmation.
Refund requests for web charges should be sent to support with the purchase email, household name and the affected device ID when available.
App Store and Google Play
Purchases made through Apple App Store or Google Play are also subject to the refund and cancellation policies of those stores.
Restore flows are provided to recover entitlements, but final charge handling for store-native payments may still depend on Apple or Google support channels.
Cancellations
If a subscription is cancelled, entitlement may remain active until the paid period ends when supported by the billing provider.
Promo codes and temporary support activations may follow different rules depending on the campaign or support agreement communicated at the time of activation.
